I am an artist and gallerist, working in my studio in the fall, winter, and spring seasons, and running the New Era Gallery on Main Street in the summer months.
I came to Vinalhaven in 1976, while still completing my M.F.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and have lived and worked here ever since. I live in an old island village house with my husband Phil Crossman and a couple of cats. I am delighted to be a part of the reawakening of the ARC as a community center, a meeting place for people of all ages.
